Delete your Tillevent account

You can delete your Tillevent account and your data at any time, free of charge.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Tillevent and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete my account, at the very bottom.
3. Confirm with Delete permanently. Deletion is immediate.

Without access to the app

Write to confidentialite@tillevent.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We will verify that it's really you, then delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (email address, first name, interests, language).
• The outings you created, with their photos and chats.
• Your participation in outings and your messages.
• Your blocks.

What is kept

• Reports that concerned you, with no link to your identity, for community safety, for no more than two years.
• Automatic backup copies, erased within 30 days of deletion.
